Mr. Naveen was passionate about building an Eco-friendly home and we elevated his dream by designing it to "Indian Green Building Council" standards and gave it significant features. He was also interested in having a tennis court in his backyard with a rich landscape.

Green Features
We conducted various Studies, Analyses & Iterations to pull the best sustainable features in the design.
There was extreme heat from the western & southern facade, hence we changed the wall & window assembly to keep the building cool throughout the year
We optimized the window placement to retain maximum daylight and avoid heat. Further optimized the complete design to bring down the electricity cost for client
