We are a boutique sustainable architectural design firm based in Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru, specializing in sustainable architecture, interiors, and landscaping. with accredited IGBC AP, we craft heritage-rich, eco-conscious designs for residential, commercial, industrial, and plotted developments.

 

Role: Junior Architect

Location: Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru

Experience: 0-2 years

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and drafting architectural plans, GFCs, and MEP drawings.

• Develop detailed 3D models, high-quality renders & walkthroughs for interior and exterior designs.

• Collaborate on IGBC sustainable and Vastu-compliant design concepts.

• Support on-site execution and coordination with contractors.

• Contribute to landscape design and detailing.

 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit,, Sketchup, Lumion, etc.

• Knowledge of GFC and MEP drawings is needed.

• Strong skills in high-quality rendering are essential.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign is a plus.

• Experience in content creation for social media management is an added advantage.

• Interest in Indian ancient heritage designs, and Sustainable green architecture.

• Adaptability to work in a small team environment.

 

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
